How long do y'all notice the smell to linger after application? I was with my girl the other night and she asked me if I had rubbed Bengay on my stomach. Other times I've put it on and she's never noticed it. I've also worried a little about her tasting it when she licks my stomach/chest, but she hasn't said anything thus far.

I am sensitive to the smell of it actually because it has gotten on my shirt for example. Maybe it dries up faster for you or something.

I don't mind the smell much, and compared to Lipo-Y or Ultra, actually find it pleasant.

That smell... that gasoline smell...

It smells like... victory.

I love the smell of napalm in the morning.

Agreed.
Stay Puft
Smells like my 6-pack.

(I'm a dirty liar. My booze binge on the other side of the world has left me looking as one would expect.)

I actually don't mind the smell at all. I just want to make sure the odor isn't too strong for her (actually, I prefer that she not smell it at all).

It seems to vary (with the Lipos as well as Napalm)

I've never noticed anything after like 10 minutes (and, that seems to be the case for most within 30 minutes or so), but someone the other day mentioned Napalm smelling on them for like 6 or 12 hours, so they only use it at night.

I actually like the smell of it. At first it was kind of weird, but now I look forward to putting it on and smelling it. I've never had anyone comment on the smell or notice. For me it goes away fairly quickly.

We actually have a few ads for Napalm based on Apocalyspe Now references.

The smell must be reacting with certain people's body chemistry. It smells very neutral and/or pleasant on myself and the 3-4 other people I've smelled it on.

Some of you filthy bastards need to take some extra magnesium, NAC and probiotics and get the sweat/toxins/bacteria in check... sheep.gif

Napalm smells pleasant ? Really ?

When applied on me it smells exacly like it does if I spray some in my bathroom sink - alcohol solvents.

The smell is less after drying but still there and "reactivates" when your workout or when you wash it of in the shower.

Also I think Kimbo´s post reflects the fact that if you put on an cologne for example you only smell the stuff during an initial period (application + X min) then the senses blocks the smell out - but people around you will notice it straight away. Same with any cologne/topical really.

Maybe if you´re Kate Moss.

Yeah, it definitely smells. More or less like rubbing alcohol...I dont mind the smell, just that it lingers on your clothes, boxers, etc. I also noticed today my piss smelled like it...or maybe I was bugging mellow.gif

There are 2 factors at play, one is the significant individual variance to perceived scent, which is obvious. The 2nd factor is the reaction of scent to individual surface body chemistry.

Are you suggesting one would have to be an anorexic coke-head for toxins to affect the scent of ones sweat/surface bacteria?
